As a result from an audit during 2008 and 2009 we purchased video equipment on internet for our Church “Heritage Baptist Temple”. Items totaling $19,000.00 was put our personal credit cards and given to the church. We give a signed statement relinquishing all rights in 2009. The State of Ark. Just give us a bill for $1900.00 and 60 days to pay or jail. We don't have it.
HBT is presently streaming every Sunday at www.HeritageBaptistTemple.org

My father died on 3/11/2010 in Mountain Home, AR 72653. My sister Beverly and I are co-executors of of his estate. We had set up an Estate along with a Will prior to his death to avoid probate.
We sold his house in July for $101,000. He bought it in 1992 for $68,000 and he had put an addition on to the house and a new roof before he died. We also painted the house inside and outside, installed new carpeting and bought a new stove before selling it for about $20,000. How much capital gains tax will we owe for the sale?

I like your article post. I think E filing of state taxes and federal taxes is the best way. Now we can easily check our state tax refund status from internet.
