Thanks for this article is very good article. I have a great advantage. I think that would be useful to many people. Let's put it this way again. Personally, I'm glad to get to know these stories. Wishing the author has lucky and happy. The track is a go

Need help with State and IRS taxes totally overwhelmed. State has already levied us and are about to garnish 25% of my check and just received another letter stating we owe another 2800 and are going to garnish again. Already paying installments to the IRS.

Need to be able to pay installments to lawyer... for services.

I have seveal years worth of tax returns that have not been filed. I have been to the IRS twice since 11/09 to no avail, they did give me a print out that shows substitue returns filed for 2001 and 2002 then another print out that shows these years should have been removed, so I'm totally confused. Yesterday I was assisted by a friend of a friend that works at H&R Block to determinte what my tax libitaty is, she did them for the years 2005 through 2009 in a traing module so she would not have to charge me, which I greatly appreciated. The fact of the matter is I have been upenployed since 6/30/2010, activly seeking employment, and have no way to pay this tax debt once I get them filed. In 2007 a lien was filed that I did not become aware of until I applied for a civil service job, and because of the lien on my credit record, I could not get a secret security clearence and the offer was withdrawn, I am now in the same position, I have been offered another positon with the Federal Government, that would allow me sufficent income to make some kind of payment arrangement with the IRS, but without this job, I am not in the position to pay anyone anything, and am slowing sinking into the becomeing homeless arena. The tax issue came from my lack of knowledge and financial ability to pay an attorny or cpa to figure and file my taxes, health issues, no health insurance, trying to recover from a previous layoff 8 years ago, supporting my grown daugher and grandson, and a number of other issues with finances. I need help and do not know where to turn, all I want is to be able to get a real job with a decent pay, and benefits so I can afford to pay whatever I am legally obligated to pay the irs, if you cannot assist me, can you please steer me in whatever direction you can so I can get this issue resolved, and hopefully become gainfully employed again. My phone number is 912-507-8357.

I just wanted to thank you very much for this informative article. I have already bookmarked your site, when I have more free time I am going to have to do some further browsing. Well back to my dreaming of <a href="http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/panama/panama/" rel="nofollow">Panama</a> or back to the books - I wonder which one is going to win out. :)
